You can enter the Zoo from two different locations, from Ehitajate tee or from Paldiski mnt. Paldiski mnt. 145 is located across the road from the Rocca al Mare shopping centre and the Audi building, Ehitajate tee 150 is towards the Õismäe area.
The Zoo Environmental Education Centre and Children’s Zoo are located at the West gate.
From the centre of Tallinn to the Zoo (Paldiski mnt. 145)
The public transport network operates from 6:00 to 23:00 (some routes until 24:00). If you use Tallinn Card or Smartcard, you must validate the ticket by touching the card to the orange validator located by the vehicle door every time you enter the vehicle. Rates are not uniform. Each taxi’s rates are posted on a yellow sticker on the car’s right rear window. The cost usually consists of a base fare (starting fare) plus a per-kilometre fare. From Railway Station
The Go Rail company operates a daily international sleeper train service between Tallinn-Moscow. Take the bus no. 43 to get to the zoo (Bus stop Zoo).
Parking is free at the North Entrance (Paldiski mnt. 145).
