Adult ticket, discount ticket and family ticket are valid for 10 calendar days from the date of purchase and for a single visit. Gift tickets are valid for 365 calendar days from the date of purchase and for a single visit.  Tickets in PDF format will be sent to the e-mail address entered upon purchase after paying for the tickets in the Internet Bank.

The annual card is valid from the date of purchase for 365 calendar days and for an unlimited number of visits. The monthly card is valid from the date of purchase for 31 calendar days and for an unlimited number of visits. The period card is activated upon purchase. To use the card and visit the zoo, you must register your ID card at the zoo ticket office or self-service ticket office.
