Night of Museums at the Zoo on May 20

“Games in the Night” in Tallinn Zoo. The exciting Night of Museums offers the guests an opportunity of making toys for both the residents of the zoo as well as domestic pets.

The first 100 guests can go to the zoo’s adventure trail for free. After that, the zoologist Aleksei Turovski talks about the games in the animal kingdom. In the auditorium, the documentary film “The Dance of Nature”, the winner of Grand Prix at Matsalu Nature Film Festival 2007, is screened.

18:00-23:00 toy-making workshops and board games in Tallinn Zoo’s Environmental Education Centre
18:00-20:00 adventure trail in the Zoo (the latest admission to the track is at 18:30)
20:00-21:00 Aleksei Turovski’s lecture “Games in the Animal Kingdom” in the auditorium
21:00-22:00 documentary film “The Dance of Nature” (the screening is in English, without Estonian subtitles.)

Mõmmu café is open (cash payments only).

In the Environmental Education Centre, photos of the toys made for zoo animals on earlier occasions are on display.

NB! The adventure trail is open to the first 100 guests only.

Free entrance from 18 to 23 only to the Environmental Education Centre at the Western Gate of the Zoo, the workshops, lecture, and film screening. The Zoo’s ticket office is open for regular guests at 9-18, the territory is open until 20.
