  • Self-service register 9 AM – 5 PM, card payments only
  • Zoo 9 AM – 5 PM

Tickets

Until the reopening of the indoor exhibitions, the ticket prices are full ticket 5*/4 €, discount ticket 3*/2.40 €, and family ticket 11*/10.40 €.

  • Pupil, university student, pensioner EUR 4* / 3
  • Family EUR 14* / 13
  • Pre-school children free of charge

* Includes a voluntary donation of EUR 1 to protect endangered species in the wild.


The souvenir shop in the West Gate building is open from Wed-Sun 10 AM to 3 PM.
At the beginning of the year, we recommend zoo specialty products: strong-flavored honey from the zoo’s own bees and wall calendar 2021.
