A small good deed may be big for someone else!

Often people ask us what they could do to help the zoo. Our answer is simple. The best way is by visiting the zoo! Every visit is important to us as it helps to enrich and improve the living conditions of our animals. It is almost an invisible but important contribution which helps with the conservation of the species. 

On the other hand a visit to the zoo gives something important back to the visitor as well. A visit to the zoo is a fantastic way to learn more about nature and help to notice nature’s beauty and charm. 

But why visit the zoo just once? How about FIVE TIMES? 

Everyone who visits the zoo FIVE TIMES during the winter season can win amazing prizes! 

We invite you to take part in the campaign by visiting the zoo five times from 1. November 2023 to 30. April 2024. With every visit you will receive a stamp on the coupon and have a chance to win great prizes!

Rules of the “Five Good Deeds” campaign: 

The organizer of the campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) is Tallinna Loomaaed, registration code: 75016102, address: Ehitajate tee 150/Paldiski mnt. 145, Tallinn 13517

The campaign will run from 01.11.2023 – 30.04.2024;

In order to participate in the campaign, you have to visit the Zoo at least five times during the campaign period. Each visit must be registered at the ticket office when purchasing a ticket on a campaign voucher with the name and contact details of the participant. On the last visit, the voucher must be left in the box at the cash desk.

*A visit includes all visits with a ticket, including a full ticket, discount ticket, family ticket, monthly ticket, annual ticket, pre-school children’s ticket, children’s Saturday promotional ticket.

The winners of the raffle prizes will be announced at the end of the campaign, between 2 and 8 May 2024, on the Zoo’s website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).

Winners of the campaign will be notified by e-mail and prizes can be redeemed on the basis of an identity document until 30.06.2024. If the prize has not been withdrawn by that date, the prize will not be issued.

The prize will not be substituted by any other type of prize or awarded in cash.

The national taxes related to the prizes will be paid by the organizer in accordance with the procedure and within the deadlines laid down in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

The Promoter unilaterally reserves the right to terminate the campaign and the prize in the event of force majeure.

Zoo employees and their family members may not participate in the campaign.

The personal data of the participants in the campaign will be stored by the organizer until 30.06.2024. The personal data will not be provided to third parties and will only be used for the purpose of drawing the winners and contacting them.

All complaints regarding the organization and/or the conduct of the campaign must be sent in writing to the Zoo’s e-mail address: zoo@tallinnzoo.ee with the subject “Campaign Five Good Deeds” until 30.04.2024.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the campaign by informing the clients of the change through the Zoo’s website and Facebook page.
