From November to April 8th, on the second Saturday of every month, all children up to 19 years old can enter the Zoo for free. In order to get a zero ticket, a student ticket or ID card must be presented at the ticket office.
Children’s Saturdays at the Zoo are: November 12, December 10, January 14, February 11, March 11, and April 8.
When planning your visit, we recommend taking a look at the animals’ feeding times. On Saturdays, you can watch what and how sloths, kinkajous, Senegal galagos, gray seals, African savanna elephants, and pinches eat.
In April, the Zoo’s ticket office and entrance are open from 9:00 to 17:00. The house of pachyderms and the tropical houses are open from 10:00 to 18:00, and the indoor spaces of the children’s Zoo from 10:00 to 18:00, and the Zoo from 9:00 to 19:00.
On Children’s Saturday in April, there are food trucks by the gray seal pool and at the Pachyderm house.
