The library is located at the west gate of Tallinn Zoo (Ehitajate tee 150), on the second floor of the education center. It is not necessary to buy a ticket to the zoo to visit the library. The collection covers various pertinent topics, such as zookeeping and zoology. Additional sections include botany, gardening, genetics, evolution, biodiversity, conservation, ecology, biogeography, veterinary medicine, nature stories, etc. The library offers a wide selection of nature magazines.
Books from the library’s collection can be read in the reading room. Borrowing for off-premise use is only available by prior agreement.
